Important Delivery Note
Since Tyybac contains live active cultures, our delivery partners utilize temperature-controlled vans. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and place it in the refrigerator immediately.
Order Cancellation
Before Processing
You may cancel your order free of charge if you contact us via email or phone within 1 hour of placing it, or before the order status moves to “Processing,” whichever is earlier.
During Processing
Once your order has entered the “Processing” stage (being prepared for dispatch), it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our food and beverage products.
Cancellation By Tyybac
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., product unavailability, pricing errors). In such cases, you will be notified and receive a full refund.
Refunds & Returns
Because Tyybac is a perishable food product containing live cultures, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, your satisfaction and gut health are our top priorities.
